~60 million working professionals are affected by bullying

Bullying doesn’t just happen on the school playground. Unfortunately, workplaces can have bullies too. Some people grow out of it, some people grow into it. Either way, workplace bullying persists throughout the world, damaging productivity, profit, and our real bottom-line – people.

Just because bullying is common, too common, doesn’t mean it’s normal. This is unacceptable behavior and should not be normalized. If this is happening to you, and you’re on the receiving end, you deserve better! If you’re a leader of an organization, you can’t afford to allow bullying to continue because it compromises the integrity of your company and creates a toxic culture for all employees.

We started this campaign to help working professionals learn more about ways to identify workplace bullies, how workplace bullying can affect one, and safe actions one can take against bullying. We’re breaking down what workplace bullying actually is, what it looks like, and how you can deal with it. Because your well-being comes first.
