Outdoor activities in Delhi NCR

Enabling awareness and action to achieve sustainable development through the lens of heritage & culture.

OUTdoors focuses on achieving sustainable development from the lens of Heritage and Culture. It aims to explore the urban greens, heritage structures/precincts and local culture & traditions that are hidden in the dense urban fabric and mostly remain unvisited. This may include natural heritage, small parks, linear greens (river/lake buffers), bundhs, biodiversity parks, ecological parks, built heritage-forts, palaces, museums, chattris, religious institutions, baolis, etc. that have small footfall and are only accessed by nearby residents. The project also intends to enable more conversations around preserving our heritage and culture, realising sustainable infrastructure facilities, and leading to a boost in sustainable economic activities in and around these sites.
