It is important to note that bullies want all the attention and praise from supervisors and co-workers alike. They want to enjoy the limelight and give themselves the credit for work others have done. They take credit without contributing significantly and that is extremely demoralizing for the workers who worked hard and are receiving no credit.

It is important for workers to take the credit they deserve and make it clear when somebody is taking credit for a task or project they have not contributed to. Don’t be afraid to speak up and get what you deserve for all the hard work you have put in.
