Bullies absolutely despise other employees getting attention and praise from their immediate supervisors and fellow colleagues alike. They crave attention and want all to grab the attention of people at the workplace and want people to know them. Instead of improving the quality of their work or behaving nicely with people at the organization to earn plaudits and gain popularity, they resort to bullying.
