Caramelized sweet onion sauce: a rich, nutritious blend of slow-cooked onions, offering antioxidant benefits, low calories, and digestive support. Perfect for diverse dishes!


  • 2-3 onions

  • 3 to 4 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, or apple cider vinegar

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1 teaspoon jaggery powder to sweeten it slightly


  • Cut the onions into thin slices
  • Add 3-4 tablespoons of oil in a pan
  • Add the onions with pinch of salt
  • Let the onions cook slowly. Don’t rush them.
  • Turn or stir the onions so that they evenly become soft and brown
  • Add some jagerry powder and 1 teaspoon of balsamiq vinegar and reduce the flame to low
  • Let the onions cool and convert it into thick paste by partially crushing them in food processor
