Ingredients

  • Pak choy stems

  • 2 spoon grated ginger

  • 2 spoon sesame oil

  • 3-4 tablespoon soy sauce

  • Salt

  • 1/2 tsp sugar

  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Directions

  • Take a pan and heat 2 spoon of sesame oil.
  • Add grated ginger and cook it for 1 minute
  • Add Pak choy stems and give it a good stir
  • Pour some water and let the Pak Choy stem cook properly until it softens a bit
  • Add salt, sugar and soy sauce and stir it for 5 minutes
  • Drizzle it with sesame seeds
