Ingredients
Pak choy stems
2 spoon grated ginger
2 spoon sesame oil
3-4 tablespoon soy sauce
Salt
1/2 tsp sugar
Sesame seeds for garnish
Directions
- Take a pan and heat 2 spoon of sesame oil.
- Add grated ginger and cook it for 1 minute
- Add Pak choy stems and give it a good stir
- Pour some water and let the Pak Choy stem cook properly until it softens a bit
- Add salt, sugar and soy sauce and stir it for 5 minutes
- Drizzle it with sesame seeds
