Ingredients
3-4 bulbs Pak choy
250 grams mushrooms
1 tablespoon ginger grated
Salt
Sugar
3-4 tablespoon Soy sauce
Cooking oil
Directions
- Take a pan and heat 2 spoon of sesame oil.
- Add grated ginger and cook it for 1 minute
- Add Pak choy and Mushrooms and give it a good stir
- Pour some water and let the vegetables cook properly
- Add salt, sugar and soy sauce and stir it for 5 minutes
