minutesFondue is a Swiss dish which consists of a melted cheese dish in a pot that is placed on a heating surface and bread. You have it by taking bread and dipping it into the melted cheese.
Turning pav bhaji into fondue: a playful finger food solution for busy kids like Sabi and her friends during playdates!
Ingredients
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped capsicum
2 potatoes
1 carrot
1 cup green peas
Pav bhaji masala
Lemon
Salt
Chopped corrainder
2 spoon ginger garlic paste
Pav
Directions
- Place all veggies along with green peas, salt, 1 teaspoon turmeric powder and 1 teaspoon Kashmiri chili powder in a pressure cooker. Cook until soft.
- Heat oil in a pan and saute the ginger garlic paste till it cooks. Then add chopped capsicum, onion, green chili, chopped coriander and saute
- Add all the masalas except pav bhaji masala along with the mashed veggies.
- Mix well and cook till all the moisture dries up. Add salt and a little water if required.
- Finish with amchoor powder, pav bhaji masala and chopped coriander
- Cut pav into small peices and put it in toothpick and serve with bhaji
