1 cup grated paneer
1 cube grated cheese
Finely chopped green capsicum
Finely chopped onions
Finely chopped Kimchi
Salt
Lemon juice
Coriander
Turmeric
Burger buns
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and make flat paneer patty
- In a pan, put 1-2 drops of oil and cook the patty on both sides until golden brown
- Cut the burger bun into two halves and place the patty inside
- Cut it into two pieces and your pacman burger is ready 😀
