Lanes of Shahjahanabad – Old Delhi Heritage Walk

About the walk

As a part of the project OUTdoors, we are introducing a walk at Shahjahanabad, Old Delhi. We will be exploring the hidden lanes of Shahjahanabad and discovering some historic gems of old Delhi with stories attached to them. We will also be tasting few seasonal delicacies on the way! 

Global Shapers Gurugram Hub and Soulful Safari have curated this walk in association with our implementing partner T.H.E-Tradition Heritage Ecology. 

About the guide

Jaya Nagar, Founder T.H.E.

Jaya Nagar is the founder of Tradition, Heritage, Ecology (T.H.E.), a Delhi-based organisation. For the past 12 years, she has been actively working towards the cause of cultural and ecological awareness. A translator and presenter by profession, she started her organisation to take history beyond textbooks and inculcate the anecdotal lessons in our daily life.
