Ingredients
3-4 big and fresh carrots
Cooking thread
1-2 tsp ghee
Directions
- Simply use the peeler to slice the carrot into thin strips / ribbons like this
- Now tie carrot ribbons together using cooking thread in form of a rose
- Take a pan and add 1-2 tsp of ghee.
- Cook the roses on both the sides until slightly brown
