Ingredients
200 gram red kidney beans, cooked
1 tomato finely chopped
1 onion finely chopped
1 teaspoon chaat masala
1 lemon (juiced)
1 teaspoon oil
Corriander leaves for garnishing
Directions
- Wash and pressure cook red beans with salt and water till 3 whistle on high heat
- Heat oil in pan
- Add onions and cook until golden brown
- Add tomatoes, salt, chaat masala and cook for another 1 minute
- Add the cooked beans to this pan and stir fry for 2-3 minutes and it is ready to be served.
- Garnish it with corrainder leaves
