Vertically chopped carrots, radish, beetroots. You can also added cauliflowers, cucumbers to it
Apple Cider Vinegar
- Salt the vegetables and let it rest for 15-20 mins
- After salting the vegetables, rinse it well and squeeze out any excess water. It’s ready when it doesn’t snap or bend further and as soft enough.
- Add vinegar, jaggery and pour in hot water
- This should last up to 2 weeks and makes a great side dish for many recipes.
