Scallion Oil, also known as Mo Hanh, is a garnish served on top of a variety of Vietnamese dishes to add flavor and richness.
2 scallions, finely chopped
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Pinch of salt
- Prep scallions. Add it to a bowl along with oil, and salt. Mix well.
- Microwave or air fry for 1-2 minutes until it softens.
