Micro-Green Gardening Continues!
We are big believers of experiential learning. It has been almost a year since Sabi has been taking care of her micro-green plants. We are now using micro-greens to introduce her to new plants and flavors. Today, we harvested Gongura and Dill.
Micro-greens take around three weeks to reach a harvestable stage. We typically plant different pots every week, ensuring that come each Saturday or Sunday, we have something ready to harvest. Consequently, you’ll observe that each pot is at a different stage of growth.
Recently, we added a blue Plastic Crate to our gardening equipment: Mini Garden Toolset, Cocopeat, Microgreen Seeds, Potting Soil.
